The Portuguese PoleSport and Aerial Association was born to be a member of POSA-PoleSports & Arts World Federation,

We were born with the mission of keeping athletes training throughout the year. Bringing another Pole Sport competition to Portugal and a Points code that since 2012 has been constantly updated with new postures and names of new athletes.

The POSA code of points mixes Pole Sport and Gymnastics techniques, an Olympic modality, which also allows sung songs, dances and floor acrobatics.

The POSA – PoleSports & Arts World Federation competition, in Portugal, will always take place in the center of the country and in the month of June and classifies the winning athletes for the Portuguese Pole Sport team who will AUTOMATICALLY REPRESENT THE COUNTRY IN THE POSA WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP THAT TAKES PLACE IN THE MONTH FROM DECEMBER.
